After the difficult months of pandemic, the 4th Design Licensing and Business Support Scheme (DLAB4) was a new start in October 2021. Matisse is appointed as the main theme visual designer and consultant again. The “Kaleidoscope” visual suggests the rich diversity and creativity that shine in DLAB4.
