We conceptualized the career market as a pool of opportunities. A career recruitment exhibition reflecting a dynamic atmosphere in the HKUST campus had attracted more than 150 potential employers (50% increase) to recruit new bloods in every 2 seasons throughout the year. Matisse had been responsible for the concept development, design, production and installation through the process.
